Sharks Visit Maryland For Second Time

(Rochester, NY) . . . The Rochester RazorSharks will be traveling to Maryland Saturday March 6th for their second meeting with the GreenHawks. They last played January 28th in Rochester. Led by Glen Dandridge’s 17 points, the RazorSharks defeated the GreenHawks 138-113. Harvey Thomas led Maryland with 20 points.

This past Saturday, at the Blue Cross Arena, the ‘Sharks beat the Buffalo Stampede (3-9) 105-91 as Glen Dandridge scored 19 points. Rochester then traveled to Manchester, New Hampshire on Sunday where Jerice Crouch put up a season high 34 points defeating the Millrats (4-10) 128-124. Rochester (9-3) is currently on a four game winning streak.

The Maryland GreenHawks are led in points per game by former Stampede forward, Derick Payne with 23.2. The GreenHawks’ (2-9) other significant contributors are Scooter Sherrill (20.7) and Byron Mouton (16.1)

The RazorSharks’ Jerice Crouch is among the league leaders in points (17th with 16.3 per game), steals (4th with 2 per game) and assists (7th with 5.4 per game). Marlin Johnson is 6th in the PBL in rebounds, averaging nine per game.

The ‘Sharks return home March 13th to take on the 9-3 Halifax Rainmen. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:05 P.M.
