MillRats too Much for the Kebs

Quebec, 13 February 2010 – The Quebec City Kebs lost 100-83 to the Manchester MillRats on February 13, 2010.
PEPS Stadium was on fire on as two of the Premier Basketball Leagues (PBL) natural rivals battled for victory. The Kebs came out strong in the first period, but were unable to keep up with the Millrats intensity on the court as increased through-out the match. The MillRats dominated the court in the second period scoring 23 points to the Kebs 13 clearly illustrating they were in complete control. This continued throughout the game, leaving next to no opportunities for the Kebs to advance. There was a point in the third quarter where the Kebs increased their game on the court to reduce the MillRats lead to just 15 points, ending the period with a score of 68-53 in favor of the MillRats.
Performance players from the Quebec City Kebs were: Jamaal Wise with 23 points & 11 rebounds and Samuel Audet-Sow with 21 points. Performance players for the MillRats were: Charles Bronson with 28 points and 10 rebounds, Dwight Brewington with 16 points and 9 rebounds and Eric Gilchrese with 16 points.
