Tom has been involved in sales and marketing for the past 10 years specializing in the advertising industry. Tom has also been involved in minor league basketball for the past 5 years.
A native of Rock Falls, Illinois, McGinn graduated from the Texas Tech University with a B.A. in Business Management and a M.B.A. from Western Illinois University in Business Marketing. He currently resides in Rock Falls with his wife, Andrea, three children, Kaitlyn, Ryan and Allyson.
